In one respect being the boss is easier than not. But it can be a lonely old business

In the past your bosses might not have been top of your gift list but one thing is true, the buck usually stopped with them and not you.

Working your way up the ladder to CEO or a top executive will have given you many skills. The only one that you probably didn't get the chance to master was the one of actually being the boss. This can be lonely and sometimes a time when people you can trust are thin on the ground.

Having someone who can listen and help with being at the top is often invaluable as you find yourself surrounded by colleges who are either after your job or unable to give you the support you need to do your job well. I have been there and can help

Contact me now and tell me, how can I help you.
